AI governance
Control planes that make enterprise AI auditable and production-safe: prompt-injection and hallucination controls, PII protection, drift detection, and adoption tied to business impact.
ABOUT
EVP Technology & Innovation. A CTO and technology-transformation leader with 20 years across software engineering, enterprise architecture, digital transformation and enterprise AI. Started in code, grew into global leadership.
Currently leading the technology and innovation function at Altudo, with industry experience spanning CPG, Pharma, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, and Luxury.
I build and raise technology functions — whether they need fixing, founding, or taking to the next level — into one integrated programme: AI governance, engineering standards, architecture review, SDLC transformation, and commercial discipline.
At Altudo I built the firm-wide AI control plane, led the team to OpenAI Services Partner status, founded the Architecture Review Board and automated review from 40 hours to 3 minutes, and built an AI-first delivery model that embeds AI across the lifecycle.
Before that, five years at Valtech took me from Global Architect to Global SVP DXP & AI across four promotions: the technical strategy behind $10M in new business in a year, a key account grown from $3M to $11M, and a 350-person service line integrated onto one operating model across an $80M portfolio.
"Most technology executives are either builders or strategists. I work across both — and the value is in the translation."
With architects in a design review, with the board on strategy, and with product owners and stakeholders in between — translating across them so commercial intent and engineering reality move together.
A practitioner background lets me challenge engineering decisions at depth. Every team I lead runs against objective KPIs, quality gates, and delivery playbooks, with decisions grounded in evidence.
Control planes that make enterprise AI auditable and production-safe: prompt-injection and hallucination controls, PII protection, drift detection, and adoption tied to business impact.
Fragmented, greenfield, or already strong — I take it up a level: engineering standards, SDLC modernisation, and technical KPI dashboards that catch problems before clients do.
M&A: technical debt, integration complexity, scalability risk, and the go/no-go call on targets.
Architecture and technical leadership behind multi-million enterprise engagements across DXP, composable, commerce and AI.
I write and speak on AI and emerging technology, and compare notes with peers on AI governance, platform strategy, and technology due diligence.
